Scott joined the Departments of Public Works, Transportation, Recreation and Parks, General Services, and Human Resources to announce that the City of Baltimore is now offering $10,000 bonuses to existing employees and new employees hired to perform jobs that require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) by these agencies.
