Becky Lundberg Witt serves the City of Baltimore as the Executive Director of the Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals (BMZA). In this role, she directs agency operations, supervises staff, and engages with diverse stakeholders. She began her service to the BMZA in January 2022 as Assistant Counsel to the Board; in this role, she provided legal advice to the Board, drafted resolutions, and fostered community education.

Before joining Baltimore City government, Becky was a Staff Attorney at Community Law Center for nine years, where she represented community associations and other local nonprofit organizations in transactional matters as well as in administrative hearings before the BMZA and Baltimore City Board of Liquor License Commissioners.

Holding a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, she has been admitted to practice law in California and Maryland.
