Yesterday, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Baltimore were featured on NBC’s Weekend TODAY. The broadcast revealed its selection of Baltimore for its new outreach project, “Shine a Light,” a year-long initiative focused on service and giving back to communities in need.
