Mayor Emphasizes Continued Progress in Work to Shape a Better Future for Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD (Tuesday, April 5, 2022) — This afternoon, Mayor Brandon M. Scott delivered the 2022 State of the City Address. The roughly 45-minute long address highlighted the administration’s accomplishments and plans to continue the Mayor’s commitment to shape a safer, more resilient, equitable, and accountable Baltimore that better meets the needs of its residents.

Mayor Brandon M. Scott released the following statement on the announcement that "Renew Baltimore," a political effort aiming to dramatically reduce the City of Baltimore's revenue, has submitted signatures for the ballot initiative to be placed on the November 2024 ballot.
