The mission of the Baltimore City Commission For Women, Women in Leadership Committee is to develop more confident female leaders and to build a society where these leaders will no longer be viewed as the exception to the rule, but as relevant assets and necessary additions to any organization. We will engage the citizens of Baltimore and organizations that share in our goals to help bridge the gap between diverse demographics, and advocate for inclusive programs that will address challenges related to socioeconomic disparities and access to leadership opportunities. By elevating women’s voices, we will leave a legacy that will be valued by generations to come.
