Katy Byrne is the Acting Executive Director of the Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals for Baltimore City. She worked for Baltimore City for over ten years, most recently serving as the Assistant Commissioner for Litigation within the Code Enforcement Legal Section division of the Department of Housing and Community Development for Baltimore City.
For the past 20 plus years, Katy has worked as an attorney in both private practice and in government concentrating on zoning, code enforcement, environmental and land use issues and representing clients before various administrative and judicial forums in Maryland.
