- Call supervisor for driving team deployment

- Engage with youth
- Assess - Concerns about neglect/abuse
- Ask - Youth agree to go to center?
- Call supervisor for driving team (non-law enforcement) deployment
Engagement Center Transportation Staff
Post-curfew offsite engagement
- Team arrives and/or identifies the need for curfew engagement
- Social worker and peer ambassador engage
- Ask - Youth agree to go to center?
- Discuss what youth can expect around security and engagement
- Document attempt
Onsite cross-functional engagement center staff
Post-curfew onsite engagement
All staff will be trained and have a background check
- Child/Youth arrives at center
- Child routed to staff member who checks systems for legal/parent guardian information and initiates contact
- Conduct initial screening and enter data on child/youth input onto iPad
- Route child/youth to age-appropriate location within facility
- Emergency contact made
PICK-UP
- Capture picture of photo identification/input of information on iPad, and retrieval of child/youth
PARENT/GUARDIAN
Pick-Up
- Arrival, identification of child/youth
- Parent/Guardian must provide valid ID
- Sign out child on iPad
- Departure
